Centro de Formación en Energías Renovables (CERFER) is an initiative born from the Alliance between Colombia and Germany. It involves the Colombian Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME), the Colombian-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK) and the German Energy Agency (DENA), financed by the International Climate Initiative (IKI), with a view to training specialized talent that will drive the energy transformation in the region.
