This document seeks to socialize and disseminate the cross-cutting gender and intergenerational approaches in the Colombia Biodiversity Action Plan to 2030, as a pedagogical tool that promotes effective participation and reduction of gaps for the conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity by women, children and youth at the national, regional and local levels.
The document was prepared by MinAmbiente with the support of the IKI Interface Project, implemented by the German Development Cooperation – GIZ Colombia on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Climate Protection, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMUKN) within the framework of the International Climate Initiative (IKI).
