The course Integration of ecosystem services (IES) in land management with a focus on protected areas and other local conservation measures in Colombia aims to strengthen the capacities of local managers to recognize the relationship between ecosystem services, human well-being and development as a crucial factor for planning and decision making.

1. Introduction and conceptual bases.
2. Step-by-step approach to ecosystem services integration.
It includes a toolbox with which it is intended to provide instruments and recommendations to plan and implement communication actions on ecosystem services integration experiences based on cases developed in Colombia.
