The subject that is part of this consultancy, contextualizes in chapter 1 on the Just Energy Transition in Colombia and the relevance of the generation of green jobs under the concept of justice.
Subsequently, in chapter 2, a brief description of the regulatory framework applicable to green jobs is made.
Chapter 3 describes the main sectors with the greatest potential for the creation of green jobs, taking into account the National Green Business Plan, the Colombian Green Taxonomy and the Green Growth Strategy, which serve as a reference for the subsequent identification of the most sought-after professional profiles in the bioeconomy, circular economy, tourism, construction and sustainable mobility sectors, and other relevant sectors presented in Chapter 4.
Moving on to chapter 5, there is an analysis of the education programs in green jobs offered by SENA, both in its training offer and in its training by labor competencies and finally, chapter 6 presents an analysis of the main skills and knowledge profiles most in demand in the Colombian green labor market that are not being covered by SENA’s current training offer or that should be restructured to meet the needs demanded by the labor market, taking into account what is proposed in the TEJ roadmap in Colombia.
